How Phone Stuck to Train AI handles photos, passes, and account content.

Phone Stuck to Train AI creates one fixed train-platform video from a photo you upload. The photo, the draft, and the finished video are account content. We do not sell them as advertising creative.
What we collect
Account identity from Google sign-in, the photo you upload, generation tasks, video-pass orders, and the technical logs needed to run sign-in, billing, safety, and delivery.
How we use the photo
The photo is used to create the requested video, to show you the private result, and to operate safety and billing checks. We do not put the photo address into optional analytics.
Retention
We keep account content while the account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal duties. Upstream model providers may keep processing copies under their own rules. Deleting our copy does not guarantee the same moment upstream. Media is not promised to be kept forever.
Deletion
You can request deletion from account settings. Contact support@phonestucktotrainai.com if you need help with that request. When a deletion is processed, related orders, video passes, and tasks are removed. Deletion does not by itself refund unused passes.
