Terms of Service
Terms for the Phone Stuck to Train AI video passes and fixed performance.
10/15/2026
Phone Stuck to Train AI sells one fixed vertical video: one person photo, the original platform performance, about 14 seconds, standard 480p, with the reference audio restored onto that same file.
Passes
You pay once for 1, 3, or 5 videos. Passes do not expire. There is no subscription and no credit pack. One new video spends one pass. A failed generation returns the pass. That return is not a cash refund. Passes are added after the payment is confirmed, not when the browser comes back from checkout. Unused passes may be refunded under the refund policy. A finished video is not refunded merely because you dislike the look.
Your photo and the result
You should have the rights needed to upload the photo and to share the result. The result is a generated edit guided by a fixed performance. It is not a guarantee of identity, and it is not an extra license for the original film, the community examples, or their audio. We do not claim those materials have been cleared for a separate release.
